1. Payment methods

• Online payment by Visa, Mastercard or Meeza card, or mobile wallet, through the secure checkout of Paymob, a licensed payment provider in Egypt. Available on the stainless steel tables pages and on your personal quotation page.
• Cash on delivery where the order allows it.
• At the showroom, or by InstaPay / bank transfer after our team confirms with you.
• Installments with our finance partners, subject to their approval and terms.

All prices and payments are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The amount you pay online is exactly the amount shown before you press “Pay”, with no extra fees from us.

Quotations: you may pay the full amount or part of it (5%, 10%, 25% or an amount you enter, minimum 1,000 EGP); every payment is deducted from the quotation total. Paying the full quotation at once gives you a 1% discount and confirms your order against later rises in material prices.

2. Card security

• Card details are entered on Paymob’s page only — we never see or store your card number or CVV.
• Card payments are confirmed by your bank (3-D Secure / OTP).
• We record a payment only after Paymob sends us a digitally signed confirmation that it succeeded.
• Your name, mobile number and address are used only to fulfil and deliver your order. See our privacy policy.

3. Order and payment confirmation

• After paying you return to a page showing the result and the transaction number. If it is still being confirmed, there is no need to pay again.
• Our team calls you to confirm the order details and delivery date, and the payment is recorded on your account with us.
• If a payment fails, no money is taken; you can try another card or choose cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

• Stainless steel tables paid online: free delivery to Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia. For other governorates, or when paying on delivery, the delivery fee depends on the area and is confirmed with you before delivery.
• The delivery date is confirmed after ordering: about 48 hours for a ready model, and about 3 weeks for a model made to order (or in a custom size or colour).

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Online payments are refunded to the same card or wallet they were paid from, through Paymob. Online payments are not refunded in cash.
• If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, the model sells out after you pay), we offer an alternative; if you prefer, we refund the full amount.
• If you were charged twice, or charged without the order being recorded, we refund the extra amount in full once the transaction is verified.
• Cancellations or returns you request follow our return & exchange policy (ready products differ from products made to order once production has started).
• Once a refund is approved we start it within 3 business days; it usually reaches your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
• To request a refund, send us the order or transaction number and the name and mobile number used.

Installments: cancellations and refunds follow the finance company’s terms.
